We accept and bill all insurance companies for you and Dr. Choi is a preferred provider with Premera and Washington Dental Service (Delta Dental). We will do our best to see that you get all of your insurance benefits.Insurance policies have many variations depending on what you or your employer decided on for benefits. We will only know what your coverage is if we "predetermine" your treatment with your insurance carrier. Even then there is a chance that we will not know for sure. We will always do our best.
Remember, it is your insuarnace and you or your employer is paying the premium. Insurance companies often times will repond better to a request from you than your medical or dental office as a third party. You will often have a better idea of your coverage if you correspond with the insurance company.
